The idea behind Experience Overlanding came to 2021 when two overlanders started discussing whether you are allowed to drive past an open gate or not. The discussion that followed showed that there is a great need for information for both the overlander, the landowner and the authorities. The result was that they formed Experience Overlanding, which is an interest organization for everyone involved in overlanding.

During the past year, a lot of work began with Experience Overlanding, and by November 2021, the organization was up and running! Experience Overlanding is now working on a number of projects.
